What We Stand For
We believe that great food doesn’t have to be complicated, you just have to prepare and cook your ingredients with a conscience and with care. We try to use all parts of our ingredients to reduce food waste. Whenever possible, we use environmentally friendly compostable packaging.
We promote balance. Our menu allows you to remain vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy free, paleo or any preference you have. Our menu is nutritionally balanced yet bursting with flavors.
We make all that we can from scratch right in our kitchen. All of our vegetables are hand-cut daily and our sauces and marinades are made fresh all through the day. There is full transparency in our cooking process.
We do not believe in mass production.
We do not have deep-fat fryers, freezers, and machines.
